According to the report, in recent weeks, the frequency and intensity of Ukrainian Defense Forces strikes on annexed Crimea have increased significantly attacks occurring daily, with more of them being effective than in previous months. In November, attacks on Russian military facilities in annexed Crimea became more frequent than in previous months, and Ukraine also launched strikes on energy facilities and strategic enterprises.

The report also stated that the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense announced a strike on a Russian Ka-27 helicopter, as well as on several radar stations in annexed Crimea. According to the researchers, the Lira-A10 airfield radar was located three kilometers south of Simferopol Airport, while the 55Zh6U Nebo-U and 1L13-3 Nebo-SV radars were located on the territory of a military unit between the village of Uyutnoye in the Saksky District and Yevpatoriya. Earlier, the Saksk Thermal Power Plant was damaged by several strikes, as reported by the Ukrainian project Dnipro Osint.

The report also said that a published satellite image shows significant damage to part of the main structure of the turbine hall at the power plant. The Dnipro Osint project has revealed damage at Kirovskoye Airfield. According to the report, destroyed operator property and a charred area near the hangar are visible near the hangar. The Ukrainian Navy destroyed an elite Russian special forces unit stationed on the Sivash drilling rig.

In addition, the reconnaissance and surveillance equipment, a Russian anti-tank missile, was also destroyed as a result of the strike on the enemy's S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile battalion command post, which was in a combat position, a Russian 92N6E multifunctional radar, and the S-400 command post's autonomous power supply system equipment were destroyed. The escalation of strikes against targets in Crimea and the increasing effectiveness of attacks indicate, first and foremost, changes in the Russian air defense system on the peninsula, primarily its weakening. Ukrainian defense forces have destroyed dozens of radar stations and a number of anti-aircraft missile systems in recent months.
