A 23 year old young woman from Russia was killed on a train by a man who has been arrested 14 times apparently he has mental illness if you look into the video the man is busy moving i don't know whats going on in his head,ohhhhh its a sad story,the woman had earphones on and he came behind her and staped her on the neck three times, before passing out she looked at her killer (shocked what is happening who are you) she was slightly looking at people's reactions then she cried immediately after that she collapsed on the floor blood was coming out
She and her family came from Russia to America because of war that was happening in Russia she wanted a better life for herself and family,there was no one to help her on that train i could see her hand moving before she bled.The judge let the man go out on the streets before checking if he is fit to be around people as I heard the story it's sad.
