According to the report, Barrister and UKLFI Charitable Trust Legal Director Natasha Hausdorff have argued the ICC’s arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu is “unlawful”.

The report said that the International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former defense minister Yoav Gallant.

The report also stated that “if these are, in fact, as I strongly argue them to be, unlawful warrants made on the basis of no jurisdiction without validity, then seeking to enforce them would in and of itself be a breach of the international customary laws on the immunity of heads of state,” Ms Hausdorff told Sky News Australia.

Australia and New Zealand should pull out of ICC and the UN which is both corrupt-one viewer said. How about the ICC issue arrest warrants, for the heads of UNRWA? UNRWA has been helping out Hamas, even keeping kidnapped Israelis in UNRWA workers homes.

I don't think ICC has credibility as its chief prosecutor, Karim Ahmad Khan who is a Pakistani by descent might have a conflict of interest with Israel. ICC members are nuts.
