Reports say US President-elect Donald Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin, urging him not to escalate the war in Ukraine. The call occurred on Thursday from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, shortly after his election victory over Kamala Harris.

The report said that Donald Trump reportedly reminded Putin of the strong US military presence in Europe. He also reportedly expressed interest in further talks to reach a quick resolution to the Ukraine conflict.

The report also stated that Trump’s election could shift the course of the nearly three-year war, as he pushes for an end to the fighting and questions the billions of dollars in US aid to Kyiv.

Hoping that Putin will still have a conscience. For three years now, the two countries still keep on retaliating. I hope Putin respects the call of President Trump to end the senseless war that killed thousands of innocent people.

Donald Trump will likely act more decisively than Biden in Russian-Ukraine war. Ukraine will surely miss Democrats because Trump is not likely to throw millions of dollars to Ukraine in name of war. Well, it is still till early to predicts, let's wait and see

Let us hope that Putin will respect the invitation of US president Trump not to drag the war. Putin must not send troops to Ukraine, it s so unfair now that US President Trump disallows support to Zelensky. However, we cannot put a period to our sentence at this moment of time. It is early to predict.

What the other country leaders disliked in Putin is he's dragging the war inviting the North Korea president Kim to have. alliance with the war in Ukraine, thus the North Korean soldiers almost 10,000 of them are there now in Kursh to find Ukraine.
