Report online has stated that US President-elect, Donald Trump has appointed tech billionaire Elon Musk and conservative activist Vivek Ramaswamy to head up a new Department of Government Efficiency.

Trump said in a statement that the department will help "dismantle Government Bureaucracy" and slash excess regulations.


He said "Together, these two wonderful Americans will pave the way for my Administration to dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures and restructure Federal Agencies .
