Only students in the tertiary level are qualified to use a smart phone for their lessons, There are colleges and universities that require students to own a smart phone to undergo research with the use of Google and artificial intelligence. Elementary pupils and junior high school students aren't permitted to bring any type of phone.

That's true. The smart phone is very useful which helped online classes during the pandemic. A child should be taught to use every gadget usefully.

If it's ban on the use of smartphone during school hours, then it's very understandable, but a ban on it completely might be difficult to carry out.
