Though we have post box, but not everyone makes use of it over here, most people simply make use of mails.
I don't see any significance of post box for businesses. They are almost unreachable. Social media handles is easier.

Any business, even an online business, and home based business, need a physical address. I use a physical address but it is not a post box.
I don't think post box is still efficient in my country. it is better to go with the technology now. Try to use the new messaging tools for your business
