Using AI for profiling customers

Increasingly some businesses especially large banks are using artificial intelligence for profiling their customers and not offering good service to some customers. Has anyone noticed this trend of discriminating against customers?

I think it is a good proposition to use AI to profile customers. That helps to give customers personalized services.

I have never experienced this before. Personally I don't see anything wrong with this though, the most important thing is that the ai is accurate.
