Many corporate organizations are using AI to run recruitment and make decisions on staff to hire.

Do you think AI systems can be fair enough to be entrusted with such a sensitive process? Or you think it is not robust enough for that?
 
thats why I will aim to use the technology to make work easier. but will increase the attention because the machine adopts human discrimination sometimes. I will protect business by ensuring that legal criteria are considered in advance to prevent financial conflicts.
 
Am not so sure if this AI machines can be fully fair though, there might be some errors, especially due to the fact that they are programed.
