Using Marketplace Sections of Forums for Business

Have you tried using marketplace sections in the forums to build business? Well, I have being using marketplace section for a long time and through the forum marketplace I have sold freelancing services as well as web designing, content writing, services. I have also sold websites.

Its a good idea to use market place section of any forum for business but rightly it's not favouring me so I never take advantage of this before but it's freaking rewarding
