Unique selling points always make a business to stand out. Thinking of it, one can sell "diligence" as a selling point for their business. That includes that the business would take it's time without any rush to serve a customer.

What do you think of that as a selling point?

It depends on the type of business involved. Most prefer quality services and hate rushing to deliver. Business owners like fashion designers who take out time to sew and design are preferred over others who rush to deliver out of taste. You'd agree with me that rushing is unprofessional as it depicts unpreparedness.

This is actually a good selling point depending on the kind of service you offer. Customers always want to be attended to with care and at the same time get their results on time.

Diligence can definitely be a selling point. Some customers are frustrated by hurried service and appreciate careful handling. Framing it as a promise of quality, attention, and thoroughness makes it attractive. It may not appeal to everyone, but for certain markets, it could set your business apart and build trust with clients who value precision and care.
