Using phone banking to check bank transactions

Some banks do not give some customers internet banking access since these customers are considered high risk and for other reasons. So the customers have to use phone banking or visit the branch. Do members of the forum using phone banking services for their bank?

No, I do not use phone banking or visit the branch to check transactions. I use online banking which is much more convenient.

I have access to use USSD codes and Internet banking, but i prefer using Internet banking for my transactions.

Internet banking is considered riskier than mbanking, especially if the user accesses the wrong phishing domain, which will harm the user. So far I have used mbanking without any problems.

Yes I agree if they are high risk customers them it is better that they visit the bank itself to do their transactions
