USSD Code vs Bank Apps: Which one do you prefer for transactions?

When it comes to electronic financial transactions, one can decide to use USSD code or the bank app to access their accounts and carry out transactions.

Which do you prefer between USSD Code or Bank app on making your financial transactions? Why do you prefer it?

I prefer the app because I can always retrieve records if the transaction fails. USSD to do bank transactions is somehow vague for me.

There are some bank apps that are very clumsy. But I would naturally prefer a bank app over a USSD code.
