The report said that US troops training in the Caribbean and Puerto Rico in September was released by the Defense Visual Information Distribution. The footage purportedly shows US Marines escorted by helicopters in the Caribbean waters as they conduct live-fire exercises. The US has carried out 10 attacks on suspected drug vessels in the Caribbean and Pacific Ocean, killing nearly 40 people, as per Reuters.
While the Pentagon has provided little information while claiming some of these strikes, it has said some of those attacks have been against vessels near Venezuela.
