Vietnam Officially Legalizes Crypto

Currently, the development of crypto has grown rapidly, and more and more countries are changing the rules on crypto, such as Vietnam which recently passed new rules and legalized crypto so that it will further strengthen the semiconductor and AI sectors.

Based on information from local media, TheInvestor.vn, on June 14 2025, the Law on Digital Technology Industry was passed and will come into effect on January 1, 2026. Where this regulation divides crypto into two types, namely virtual assets and crypto assets, both of which also apply encryption technology methods both in storage, transfer and also during creation.

It's about time! I don't understand why there are countries that still haven't legalized cryptocurrencies. At this point, cryptocurrencies should already be allowed and legalized in most parts of the world.
