I find that people are closely monitoring all my online activities and taking action . Do they use virtualization or some other tool to monitor computers of other people?

This feeling is actually more common than people admit, especially if you spend a lot of time online. In most normal situations, no one is actively watching individual users through special tools or virtualization. What usually happens is automated systems logging activity like cookies, ads, or account behavior. It feels personal, but it’s mostly broad tracking, not someone sitting there monitoring you.
