Walk in clients vs Appointment Clients: Which one would you prefer?

There are customers or clients that always book appointments before coming to patronize. Some others just walk in and patronize without any prior appointments.

Which do you prefer between walk in clients/ customers and those that book appointments before coming to the shop. Which kind of client/customer are you?

If i have access to book, i prefer booking for an appointment before coming, this makes it faster and easier.

I prefer to have clients that book appointments than those that just walk in. I can adequately prepare for clients that come by appointments.

It's a normal scenario to have walk - in clients. You could be happy for that, they come because they like the products, while waiting those preinformed clients. That's a bit of luck having a walk - in clients.

I am cool with having customers that walk into the shop to patronize and I am also cool with having customers that come on appointments.

I like the two but appointment clients more because I know I would be prepared for the time you come in
