Was your computer or phone infected with malware/virus?

There are a large number of antivirus software being advertised extensively. Did any member of this forum find that his or her computer or other gadget was infected with malware or viruses. If yes, how was it removed?

I don't think my phone or computer has been affected by a virus before but i often make use of phone cleaner.

No, my phone nor computer has not been effected by malware. I use virus scanners/malware protection and a firewall on my devices. Especially my computer.

For me l had never had any device infected with malware or viruses. It's very humiliating for sure to have devices infected.
