Indeed, we are what we repeatedly do. It is a shameful fact. Despite the knowledge that our actions are not good, we continue doing the same which is why many never give someone a second chance. Aristotel taught us many things on different insights on self-discipline which offer timeless guidance for doing the challenges of modern life. We need to cultivate our inner strength and resilience. It is hidden but the basis of our outward personality. If we continue making the same mistake, that proves no changes and self-discipline on our part. We need to consistently practice the good virtues, they are not abstract but habits form through constant practice. We consciously choose to act following moral principles. We can develop virtuous habits that shape our character and govern our behavior.

indeed we are what we repeatedly do. Take for example a person who eats alot to the point they know its a problem both medically and psychologically their body becomes overweight , now after they deal with their triggers another thing they need to do is stop doing what they were doing before like eating junk every minutes and break that sedentary lifestyle (True story )

Agree on that and there are so many of them doing that stubbornness. Despite ban to eat food that triggers blood still continue eating and the result is landing in the hospital.
