I have made payment for a webhosting service through Razorpay on the due date. However, the webhosting company has not acknowledged the payment and has suspended the webhosting service. They are also not replying to support tickets. What can be done to get a reply from the webhosting company?

All you can really do is wait for a response to the support ticket. Depending on the company, you might have a bit of a delay before that happens, as not all hosting companies have support staff in time zones that are already in Monday.

You can try contacting them via social media. If that doesn’t work, try contacting them via their phone number if they have one.
 
I think that the webhosting is only a part time business for the owner, he does not check the tickets daily. He unsuspended the webhosting after one day , though the payment was done on time manually. The billing software is not working.
