So I know we're not a promotion forum so it may be a case this one isn't added but could a forum be set up where people can get reviews by other members for their websites, forums and blogs?

Why not of course, for sure, many will be delighted in doing that like blogs.

Not a bad idea though, i think it would also be nice if it can be used to still rate and boost personal businesses as well for does who do not have a website, blog or forum.
