Just ran into a bizarre Excel issue and wondering if anyone else has seen this. Opened a file today and got this error at the top:

"Account blocked. You are required to sign in to upload changes to this location."

The file is saved locally (not OneDrive/SharePoint), and I’ve never had this before.

Hints?
