What about the writing sites that doesn't fulfil their promises to it's users?

There are so many writing or forum sites that really accept content from writers. Do you know most of those sites don't really pay according to they promise their users. With that response what is your take

I have been scammed by one forum called offtopix and the owner refused to pay me since last year! It is painful and unfortunate. The best way to take revenge is to inform others about the site . Soon the site will die
