Business is all about capitalism but it shouldn't be unfair to damage a human. Some business owners exploit their staff to high heavens. As entrepreneurs here, we should avoid actions that exploit our staff. One I experienced is deductions for very minute issues.

it is always about taking all the credits and money. They pay peanuts for all the hard work exhibited by the worker's

Yes they try to take money from their staff in the name of fees, levies and deductions. it can be really unfair
