There are situations where one spouse of a marriage somehow falls into debts. What are the possible ways that such a financial situation can affect a marriage? Can it possibly lead to a divorce of a spouse somehow is into huge debts?

It would cause financial strain in the marriage as some family needs might not be met. And that can lead to the marriage crashing.

It can destabilize a family especially where the couples don't have understanding. If a marriage can divorce over such trivialities, then there is no love. Marriage is a very sacred institution and must not be taken for granted.

It can affect everything. When one person has a big debt, the other spouse might feel like they’re carrying the weight too. It makes saving, buying things, or even having peace at home difficult. If they didn’t talk about money before marriage, things can get worse fast. Some marriages survive it, but only if both are willing to fix the problem together.

When the weight of financial responsibility is too much on one of the couple, that spouse would just crumble and capitulate.
