In business, the key to having loyal customers is making your customers feel that it is more than the transaction for you. They would be loyal if they get to understand that you value the relationship that you have with the, even as customers.

In what ways can you proof to customers that you value the relationship for them to feel it?

I make sure that l issue them receipts after the transactions and l keep the duplicates for cases of reference.
How does this help you to build relationship with the customer? I would love because if for anything, issuing receipts is a transactionary activity.

You offer high services and be transparent with them. You remember them on their special days and give them discounts where appropriate.
That part of remembering them on their special days really helps a lot to make a customer or client feel valued. If you can, send a representative from the company on their special occasion.

My point exactly. You would be giving them the vibe of being a caring business owner to draw more from their well of loyalty

When discussing with your clients, make sure you have gotten all the details of what they need before you ask them for payment. Don't just rush to this part.
Yes following the details of a transaction shows that you value the customer and want them to be loyal to you

Yes that's true, or even remembering little details like their birthdays and sending them birthday messages and wishes.

That's right you would make them.feel.special as such keep them.sticking to the business

Yes, you can also include them in decision making. Try to find out how you can help them feel better as they patronise your business
When you integrate your customers into the decision making process of your business, you makes sense them feel as co owners of the business. They would be loyal to the dead.
