What are some of the things that you always carry in your bag?

I always make sure to have a few essentials in my bag. These include my wallet with my debit card and some cash, my inhaler, maintenance medications, as well as tissues and wipes. What about you?

When traveling casually I also always bring a waist bag, containing a smartphone and charger, candy. I keep a wallet containing money, cards in my pants pocket.

When I travel, I always pack some sugar-free candies. They really come in handy when I start feeling lightheaded. I tend to get dizzy, especially when I am exhausted or when it is scorching hot outside.

Yes, I work in the PH. I always bring my company laptop everytime I go to work 2 days a week. I also make sure that company ID and wallet are transferred from one bag to another because I change bag weekly.

I also like Ovaltine but it is rarely sold here only Milo skyrocketing he he. Milo is easy to prepare and it's less sugary. Sometimes I add milk. Drink Milo now .

I see. Both are easily available here. I do not drink them often since I am watching my sugar intake. I only drink them occasionally. And, adding milk sounds good to me. Hehe

If you drink Milo, do not stir to avoid the spread of the little sugar. Maybe you have high level sugar , if that is the case, you should avoid to drunk too sugary drinks especially coke.
