In the past, I did not pay much attention to eating healthy food. I used to prefer pork and beef, but now I have developed a taste for healthy options like fish, vegetables, and fruits. Along with my improved eating habits, I have also grown to value the people who truly appreciate and respect me, while distancing myself from those who do not. In the past, I used to tolerate people who did not prioritize my well-being, even if it took a toll on my mental health. How about you?
