What are the advantages of a business serving individuals only rather than other businesses? (B2C)

There are some businesses that only serve individuals and households. They don't serve other businesses. They interact directly with the final consumers. What is the advantage of running such a business that serves only individuals only? Would you prefer that?

I believe that 85% of businesses serve mostly other individuals not another business unless it is a manufacturing or producing company

Businesses that serve individuals has a bigger pool of customer base that would make the business less likely to be stranded with sales.
