What are the Benefits of Liquid Staking?

Liquid staking is an alternative for crypto holders who will still get returns from the crypto they are staking, so they don't lose liquidity, even though the crypto staking we have been doing is freezing/locking the crypto we have to make a return. So we don't have the liquidity to trade the crypto or use it to stake in other pools.

I think it is fair that we cannot use this cryptocurrency because the exchange uses these tokens in order to be able to maintain the liquidity of the network, and this is a very good method of earning, but it is more risky than staking
