Banks are essential part of our financial lives as it stands. What are the criteria that you consider to choose a bank or a financial institution that you patronize. What made you to choose your current bank?

The bank I use must be financially stable, trustworthy and reliable. Other than that, they should offer varieties of investment products and good advice for investment

For me, a bank must have international presence in several reputable countries before I would be able to trust them.

I simply check their performance. I find someone who uses the bank and ask them about their customer service and how fast and reliable their network is .

Even though we can do almost everything online but still I feel the bank should be near to our home or our work so that we don't need to travel a long distance for a small thing which is not possible online

I would go read reviews about the bank. I would visit the intended bank and see how they handle their customers before I open account with them.

I have never read reviews for a bank because I am aware of the banks that are good with its service and we can blindly choose private sector banks and they are all good.
