The reputation of a company is how the external world views the company. And every business must guard their reputation jealously to ensure that they don't dent it.

But what are those factors that directly or indirectly affect the reputation of a business organization?
 
Corporate reputation is a perception formed from the performance, behavior of the company and how the relationship with stakeholders, several factors that affect the reputation of the company such as: ethics and integrity, product quality, social responsibility, customer satisfaction, consumer recognition etc.
