When l read some reviews on the webmasters in my country that websites are not paying in my country that keeps me off from thinking about that.

My major problem is lack of time. I am working on someone else's website and I don't have time for my own website

Currently, I manage a website. I hope to stay committed to updating it regularly and I hope I won't let the domain website expire. LOL. I had one before but I failed to renew it because of health and financial reasons.
One factor that keeps me off from website creation is lack of technical expertise.
