For me l would consider so many factors before l purchase items online. For instance, l would consider the legitimacy of the online merchant, by choosing the most rented brand. Prices, the quality of the products being offered and probably the time the online merchant takes to deliver the products.

Yes so true, and with the experiences that I have in purchasing online products, I am now more cautious. I have to read reviews and during the delivery of their parcel I have to open it first before paying. I always request to pay via Cash on Delivery to avoid losing money from a fake item.

For me when I go for online purchase ( that has become my main way of shopping in recent years), I look carefully for the payment options and the return policy. In some cases, brand name and looks of product in picture can be deceptive. Even trusted brand names not always assure quality. Return and refund policy becomes very important for me.
