Bluetooth is one of the very first ways of transferring files from one device to another. Most smartphones and PCs have Bluetooth connectivity.

What are the likely limitations in using Bluetooth to transfer files between devices?

Bluetooth can't connect over long distances, and even when there are hurdles between the connecting devices.

Transferring files from Bluetooth is always very slow. One can't use Bluetooth to transfer movies or data files of games.
