Stock Opname is an activity of directly counting physical stock of goods in the warehouse, to ensure compliance with the digital records of company/business inventory. To ensure the accuracy of stock opname, it is also supported by a barcode scanner.

To avoid fraud, stock opname should not be carried out by the warehouse and inventory recording departments. During the implementation of stock opname, it is also supervised by an external auditor.
