The big reasons for Bitcoin's rise as of late stem from (a) an end to the "regulation through enforcement" regime of the former Biden Administration (as instituted by former SEC chairman Gary Gensler) and (b) the clear rules and regulatory clarity now present which give investors solace and comfort as we now know what the rules are for bitcoin w/in the financial world.
