if you are training to build muscle you need to add good food to it you can eat whole eggs as they contains vital nutrients to help build muscle. you can also take
lean protein, broccoli, Wild-caught fish.Almond butter etc. Add yours?
 
There are also specific kinds of workouts you should do if you want to gain muscles, if not all the things you eat would end up becoming fat in the end.
