The same fate, I dislike working on a site that does not pay religiously like Forum Coin. The site owner never cared to send the payment I requested. That was last year and I told him to get back his useless money. He might need it very badly, lol. That is the only site that failed me and I hate the day I joined on that site.
When we come to the running of the businesses, the most thing that pains me about is when the business doesn't make profits. I really hate losses on the business.
Working online is unstable. There are days when you do not have a job, so it is one of the drawbacks of working as an online freelancer.

There are good jobs online but they are not forever unlike having an offline job. There are many good sites in the past that shut down and never resurrected.
That's right it would need up one psych as you see more of losses than profit. Sometimes it can kill the spirit of even starting out again

Another disadvantages or pains of working online is that you can easily get scammed. Though people can still be scammed offline but it's more common online.
I have exposed my face on most of the sites that I am signed on, this is so humbling and reducing myself all in the effort of building credibility, there is a lot of pain in working online. The other thing is putting in so much work and yet not getting the intended results. That being the case I still have to keep going and creating more things.
Working online and having a business online is a difference because when I had a business I had problems with client traffic and with working online I have problems with proven services

It's the same thing with me. I have stopped accepting work from online sites that I feel fictitious.

From my experience, I realised that one of the pain of running an online business is being able to be motivated because it can be isolating.
As someone who's been there, i realise that dealing with technical issues is definitely one of the common pain of working online but it is absolutely solvable.

To be honest, managing your time effectively is a big challenge that we face working online. You need to learn how to manage your time effectively.
In my opinion, one of the major uncertainty of making money online is the major pain of running an online business. It is really uncertain.

I would say that staying focused is a major issue in working online because there are lots of distractions in the game .
Speaking from personal experience, is very necessary to have enough knowledge on handling customer complaints because it can be very stressful and time-consuming as well.

To put it in a simple way, online is so porous and uncensored, dealing with that is an unpleasant aspect of working online and this is not a secret among content creators.
