What Assets Have Given You Maximum Returns

I have invested in multiple assets like stocks, bonds, certificate of deposits, crypto, mutual funds, etc. None of my assets have given me very good returns yet. My stock investment has give me just about 5 percent returns, my crypto investment has yet to give me actual returns. I make around 10 percent profit form bonds and mutual funds but this is also not a great profit.

I think the maximum return I get from my asset is the apartment I bought. The value of the apartment has appreciated 50% over the years.

I think the biggest advantage is property (residential houses) since ten years ago the price is now 10 times, and I only take rent, so the principal value remains the same. Unlike crypto, although the big profit may be greater than property, it is very easy to sell, reducing capital/principal and also profit.

I make around 10 percent profit form bonds and mutual funds but this is also not a great profit.

This is more or less the same amount we earn in my country on Federal Treasury and certificates of deposit bound to farm activities (these latter benefit from tax exemption and lately, some of them are earning the 13% per year). No other assets result so good (stocks and mutual funds haven't stopped plummeting since 2019, at the point savings accounts have resulted better than them). The only fund that increased its value is bound to the gold.
