I think for most businesses, it is more efficient to cut costs in order to increase profits. That way, you don't have to increase capacity.

I have two staff for my milk tea business and one staff only in my online business. I added two products now on my online business, printed T-shirts and fashionable watches. I have to be patient because it's not everyday having order.
