What business option for people that are shy and reserved who don't know how to sell?

Is there a business option that is available for such shy and reserved persons? Or no business that such people can do?

Exactly, i am an introvert, and extremely shy but since i started my business. There are times where i have to call, go there myself to discuss with a client, am seriously trying to come out of my shell cause that's the only way i can put my business out there.

A tailor has to talk with many people on a daily basis. Caterers have to talk with people too unless they would just cook and another person serves the food.
