What can make you turn down a proposed business partnership deal?

Certainly, it is not every business partnership that one has to accept when being proposed to. What are the things that you would see that would make you summarily turn down a proposed partnership deal?

If the offer is coming from a person that is notorious for insincerity, I would definitely turn it down.

That's true. I have encountered this several times. Everything would just be vague and largely undefined. That's not a honest kind of deal.

Though I haven't experienced it, but I think one reason for a business proposal to be turned down is financial matters. The sharing may not be equally proportionate.
