I have observed that many entrepreneurs always suffer from burn outs. They are always looking stressed and worn out. And that outlook has made me to be highly discouraged about business.

What is the major cause of frequent burnouts for entrepreneurs?

Small entrepreneurs barely can afford a single staff and do all business activities by themselves. Burnout is inevitable.

It is not easy for a small business owner. They are the ones that would sweep the business place, setup everything and still run sales solely. That's enough to be burnt out.
