The success of a business not only depends on capital, product marketing techniques but also an entrepreneur's leadership style which also plays a big role in running a business and being able to survive business competition, so entrepreneurial character will also play a big role in building and leading a business. Although basically entrepreneurial character is the attitude, behavior, characteristics, plans and actions of entrepreneurs to create and realize a business. I agree with your opinion, if an entrepreneur don't have a good approach and if they have bad behavior and their attitude is the worst then they will definitely not grow their business and customers will start to hate them.

Speaking from experience i like shopping from stores who have good and polite sells men, and since they can make everything good and they explain everything i like to shop from those, and i am sure many peoples like to shop from peoples like that.

People like friendly, smiling, and accommodating entrepreneur. They dislike snobbish types and always frowning always having long faces. People will definitely feel afraid and discourage so they will leave and never come back.

Personally i avoid those stores, and i tell to my friends that those stores are not customer friendly and i suggest them not to go there, and imaging how much money they lose only by not showing a good face.
