For forum owners that might want to hire people and pay them to post on their forums, what are the criteria you would use to hire them? Is it the prolific nature of the person posting on other forums or the quality of the person's posts on other forums? Which criteria would you give preference to?

Does the person's post make sense? I won't just hire someone for the sake of just hiring. They must have quality all round.

I don't do those things but if I did I would keep in mind that I don't use AI in the text, that if I do it it is only as a guide to inform myself but that his words are real, that the text is written 100% by him, then I would make sure that he is responsible and that he always maintains the theme of the forum and the conversation

That's a very valuable one too. You must have to ensure the poster is not someone that would use AI to come post on your forum.

it can't be anything else than the person quality of post since anyone from age 13 can write on sites

In my experience, the criteria for someone who is needed to be employed on a forum site is the ability to write well and interestingly, have extensive knowledge, be able to do research so that the content is accurate, understand SEO so that the title will be quickly indexed in search engines.

I won't hire someone that can't write well and is quite intelligent on wide range of issues. That's what I would look at for forum posting.

I prefer to hire people with specific domain knowledge as this will reflects the quality of our work.
