In a case like this i we simply use the Internet, these days you can find almost everything on social media like YouTube or tiktok.
I didn't get any manual with my robo vac & mop. The sales person gave the demo.
There is no other option than to find an expert in software and pay for the to help you setup the gadget. There are some gadgets that you can't find info about on the internet.
In some cases, there is no information about the gadget online, since content creators are often not being adequately compensated for the content they create online.
