In running a business we will not be able to escape from negative reviews, because in fact there is no perfect product, especially if we run a food or restaurant business then. starting from bad service, less delicious food, too expensive, less clean restaurant etc. Negative reviews will certainly affect other customers so that prospective customers who have never bought are also affected. A situation like that is alarming. As a business owner you must call an emergency meeting to let the workers know about the negative feedback especially if the workers services are involved. Disciplinary action must be done and the kicked out the workers who have bad manners. The feedback or review must be explained or replied by the business owner to dismiss the rumor.

You should look inwards to see if the negative reviews are genuine. If they are, acknowledge it publicly and accept responsibility. Promise to improve on that and actually improve on it.
