What do you do to the customers that you caught red handed stealing from your shop?

Though it would not happen in my business, but in case I am having a business products prone to be stolen and when I caught the customer red handed, I have to hold her while waiting for the police to send that person to prison.
I would just have to call the law enforcement agents to come and take the person away and from there, we would negotiate for settlement.
Don't take law into your hands just call the law enforcement and hand the person over to them
If that happens to my store, I will take him/her to the police for sure.
