What Do You Do When You Are Sad

I feel sad sometimes. Maybe because of the things that have been happening to me recently. I asked my employer for a $2 raise but dismissed the idea. I have been with him for almost five years. I even worked on the Holidays. It makes me feel terrible. I will try to distract my attention by going to the beach with my fur babies. I hope it will help somehow.

I am sorry to hear that, just don't think about it and try to destruct your self till you forget it, personally i play video games that will make me forget things very fast and i get busy with the games, and some times i play with my parents to forget about my sad felling.

For me when am sad I simply look for a good movie to watch or a nice game to play, then in some cases, what I do is to simply eat.

I don't get sad that often because I work all the time and I don't even have time for that. In most cases, I try to distract myself with work. And sometimes it's just a walk alone because when I'm sad I can be angry and it will affect people
